We at Sugal Tourism Development (P) Ltd are involved in sale of Domestic Air Schedule books (Sugal Time Tables books are for subscription, sales only and not on rental basis.).

SUGAL TIME TABLES reserves the right, to change the Terms of Use, with or without any prior notice. On registering to subscribe you are liable to pay the fees as per the chosen plan.

Damaged Books
Our books are sent in a Protective bag. Please note if a book is returned damaged as a result of subscriber misuse, we will bill the cost . However, if it is determined that a book was damaged during transit, we would not levy any charge.
When you receive the book please check the condition immediately, and post us vide email immediately on receipt of the same. Failure to revert within the permissible period shall be deemed as the book was delivered in a good condition. Please note, you cannot claim monetary or any levies whatsoever for receipt of a faulty shipment.
Shipping
We ship books as determined by our editor And We also reserve the right to ship books among our subscribers in any manner that we, in our sole and absolute discretion, determine.
As mentioned above we wish to deliver the books as mentioned on the book page however in case due to some unforeseen circumstances if there is delay then SUGAL TIME TABLES does not take the responsibility to that. The book in that case will be delivered as soon as possible.
AGE & RESPONSIBILITY

All online payments that happen for our products booked via SUGAL TIME TABLES are secure. And we do not store the Credit card details of any customer in our database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred to the bank site. The card details are captured on the credit card site and not ours hence we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of credit card what so ever. After an online subscription has been initiated you would not be able to cancel the order under any circumstance. We have contracted strict controls in our Online payment option , in the eventuality of a credit card fraudulent activity please note that we would not be liable in any aspect.
GOVERNING LAW
All legal disputes will be settled under the laws of Indian courts subject to laws of Republic of India. In the event of any dispute of whatever nature, arising under this Agreement, such dispute shall be settled through good faith negotiation among the parties and the place of arbitration shall be Chennai, India, and in case of a Legal Issue it would be subjected to the Jurisdiction of Chennai - India
TERMINATION
SUGAL TIME TABLES may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which SUGAL TIME TABLES and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity.
